PARTNERSHIP
Daniels Corporate Advisory Company provides experienced strategically placed management teams to guide new and existing companies as subsidiaries. These teams then then implement optimized go-to-market strategies to scale the business through incubation.
TRANSPARENCY
During each phase of the incubation period, the client company’s progress is publicly shared with investors and interested parties. The regular public communication of the client-company’s performance builds a foundation for the client-company with retail and institutional investors, and provides increased visibility in the marketplace with customers, vendors and potential partners.
Daniels has found that consistent public communication yields measurable increases in sales and earnings. Investors continue to confirm this strategy with increased subscriptions and valuations at the time of an initial public offering. Public engagement also results in enhanced visibility to the Daniels Corporate Advisory Company stock (OTC: DCAC).
DIVERSIFICATION OF RISK
Daniels seeks to share and diversify onboarding risk through various strategies. For example, management might offer a convertible sales agency Relationship to a successful foreign product manufacturer which seeks to expand its footprint in the United States. Through an agency relationship, Daniels would limit its cash exposure while managing and developing the launch and growth of the client’s sales – without limiting upside participation or acquisition options. This is possible because management has experience with both the development and execution of these optimization strategies and solutions for a variety of clients.
Under Daniels management, Daniels and each of its subsidiaries, are able to attract new client-companies by publicly sharing the achievements of its existing subsidiaries.
Daniels is accepting new applications of clients with quality startup ideas, innovative products, or services that and has developed a proprietary client selection process which provides for the mitigation of financial and operational risk typically associated with startups and incubation.
